My weight loss progress in pictures. FYI, I just noticed a typo “I will make another video.” I don’t feel like editing again. Also, I am not promoting eating disorders (or any extreme), but recovery. Lastly, my weight loss was not eating disorder related. I go through up and down periods of healthy weight loss and this is my progress. Highest weight: 195 lbs Weight of first pic (left): 147.0 Current Weight: 126.0 lbs (most recent pic) Total last in pictures: 21 lbs Total loss to date: 69 lbs

    the problem is the fat taht hang oround after ur loose wait i lose almost 40kilos and i have to much skin so it have to remove it by a surgery

    I’m sorry to hear (read) that. Lose skin depends upon how much weight you lost, how fast, and heredity. Thankfully I don’t have that much, although i dont like shaking hands cus of my arms! haha

    thanks. i lost weight really slowly. i started about 5 years ago – I took breaks inbetween. I just ate less and tried to be more active (though it was hard). I made a vid about it recenty.

    btw, you might need to do some more ab exercises to tone up and get your belly/navel straight, because now there is an excess of skin i think? well good luck!!
